Struth nobodee, you have some interesting recipes, ... Both the missus and myself enjoy experimenting cooking wise. Though not as exciting as yours id say.
The most different I've made was a few batches of beer (Stout) made with a base of mountmellick wort, weetbix, and black jelly beans.
At the moment, I acquired myself a bottle of home made grappa It looks pure... which once I return home, going to have a crack at using it to make limoncello.
Keep your recipes coming when ya feel like it.... I've been copying them and saving them lol. It's a pity one had to work when home instead of food experimenting hahaha.
