Thanks for the update you posted.

So we are 80-90% sure MFS will be offline for 2 months.

Any one think they might be quicker than that?

I remember Craig White or someone saying that the time they took to organise the Stella sale shows the market MFS is committed to getting MFS trading again shortly. I actually took that to mean 2-3 weeks.
