So there you go.
The Constitutional Court basically said they refuse to rule on the issue.
A bit like trying to take a matter to the High Court here and the High Court refusing to hear the case basically saying a lower court can and should deal with the matter.
So really we need to just continue to wait on the issue to be ruled in the Appeal court.
If the market punishes the stock here don't forget that none of this impacts our development on the JV's CEOL approval to exploit the 472,868 LCE on the 'new coded' mining concessions.
If we cop a wack (which we might) it could be a good chance to top up.
