Well it's not lost... i think the case in constitutional court was bit rich anyway to stop codelco from entering lithium mining altogether... we should have stuck to appeals court to fight for our tenement, more plausible case... i think appeals court will also decide in a week or two was just waiting for higher court decision weather to enter MSB appeal or not.... lets hope lower court is not influenced by constitutional court decision which has simply said it is for lower court to decide as it's a tenement ownership issue not a constitutional one... SP will get hammered today but Litio is not lost people!!
