true however another major difference with kdr is the small number of shares on offer with no need for dilution even for the refinery. With the added bonus they are sitting on great levels of gold that they remain the 100% owner of.
PLS is a solid play just drawing out the differences.
however i do see short term the gap around 83 being filled time will tell
