Ya gotta be trading to be trading at a discount to NTA, and unfortunately these guys happen to continue to change the terms of offers to buy assets from themselves, which unfortunately results in delays in independent verification of the valuation of the assets, which unfortunately prevents any disclosure of NTA, which unfortunately prevents them from trading, which unfortunately prevents anyone from knowing if they're trading at a discount
