Have just sent the company an email to ask if they are able to give any further clarification on Maxines sell down reasons without invading her privscy of course.
Other smaller companies I'm in have often provided further information on sell downs by directors such as the most common one being to pay a tax bill relating to shareholding, so they may be able to clarify.
