I can attest that most concreters don't get the slab perfectly level but at least in tolerance, though tolerances for concrete is usually max deviation 10mm over any one room or area regardless of length, 20mm overall. Where as bricks is 10mm over 10 meters. Quite the different to take up when your machine only has a 5mm tolerance.
Sure you can get someone in to get the slab to 0.01mm as you say, but the whole point of the HX is it's meant to be far quicker and cheaper than conventional methods. The more complicated you make the process it starts to lose appeal.
They already stated you'll need 1 guy to operate the HX, one guy to load the HX and a bricklayer on site to make sure everything is going as planned, probably fit lintels etc.
Now throw in the need for specialised concreting companies to fix slabs when needed, as well as specialist blocks made to precision, which i'm sure will push up the standard manufacturing price a little bit to ensure quality control.
Anyway mate, i know there are solutions to these problems, it's just at what cost.
