Yet more malicious misinformation, Lynas has approved onsite storage for residues of 10 yrs production, given lower start up volumes they are probably still less than 50% capacity.
Most does not even qualify as a dangerous good, the balance rates 6 on the IAEA's scale of low level radiation 1-10, typical of thousands of other business' handling NORM.
Far from my thoughts, all spelt out clearly IAEA report & subsequent review.
