I think you are spot on. This is extremely undervalued at this price and thats the only thing i can think is holding it back. Would love to hear some theories if there are any others because I am absolutely stumped.
Actinogen closed the quarter with 5.7m in cash, and all going well will have an additional 17m in the coming months. So, the current market capital is ~$35m and we are about to have $22m In cash with a promising new drug with multiple, billion $/yr indications that is also deemed safe... very interesting
