They have released new drilling results, upgraded DSO resources/reserves and new acquisitions of late all without trading halts, so unlikely to be along those lines again unless very material. They also had $80m cash at 31 Dec 07 plus option monies coming in, and a below value share price owing to the crash, so no chance of a capital raising at this stage.
I am thinking it must be one of the following, in order of probability:
1. Environmental approvals received for Pardoo DSO, giving the green light for mine development and production. 2. Off-take agreement for DSO production. 3. Major new DSO discovery. 4. Significant magnetite drilling results pointing to 1.5BT potential. 5. Magnetite development partner. 6. Corporate activity...iron ore sector hot for takeovers at the moment.
As companies get bigger and more developed/complex, the materiality of trading halts also increases, so here's to hoping its something big!
Any other thoughts??
