Codelco's argument is strong they have been saying MSB had 6 months to appeal but they dint , surprising how they waited for the LCE results before filing a case. The best option is for codelco to takeover MSB at the current market cap of LPI and BRZ its a piece for cake . LPI will probably spinoff a different entity for WA assets , I am expecting an announcement real soon regarding this. I will be holding , don't want to miss out when the news about acquistion or partnership is announced.
