Classic financial genius, KRC rewards and leverages up all their loyal shareholders coming into a most exciting period.
The new bonus options have been very cleverly priced to take into consideration every possible eventuality between May 25 and June 30.
If the shares go up over the next month, the June 2020 strike price of the options will go 25 per cent higher, as it is benchmarked around the trading in the closing week of June 30, 2018.
May be lots of news flow coming between now and June 30, including the Mt Remarkable gold assays, regional gold exploration news, a Vanadium purity update, a scoping report update, a Fluorspar update.
I doubt whether KRC would be firing off all their ammo until mid-June.
To qualify for these new bonus options, shareholders will need to be holding the ordinary shares second week of July on a cut off date, yet to be advised.
KRC is clearly a company run for the benefit of ALL shareholders.
Well timed, well planned capital market actions and the lowest administrative overheads of any other active ASX mineral explorer I review.
Love it!!
