An 'update' could mean a few things IMO

(1) Further contemplation by the Arbitrator is needed before a draft award can be submitted to Registrar?

or

(2) Advise to parties that SIAC Registrar is consulting the court before approving the arbitrators draft as to its form.

or

(3) SIAC Registrar is in final stage to approve arbitrators draft award, which may or may not include a timeline? If so, such an update might be their way of notifying parties it's your last chance to negotiate a settlement before we proceed to formally make the award?

I'm hoping for (3), my gut is that we should be close to final award notification.
