    Possible chain of events for today? -
    Contract is typed up and ready to be signed
    Meeting to sign contract scheduled for 10am (Indo time)
    Discuss, sign, congratulate each other, break the champers now 12pm
    Head back to TV2U head office to type up ANN. Now nearing 2pm (4pm EST so Market closed)
    Monday - Release to investors.

    Just a rough estimate imo
