As I understand it Mahathir is far more cautious with the level of Chinese investment in Malaysia, and notably his first O/S visit is to Japan, the source of much of the initial foreign investment under his original "Look East" policy.
Just wondering if Abe might mention the $Tn's of Japanese industrial production that have a little bit of LAMP in them?
