When you have a situation where one individual has a shareholding of around 40% and has also extended a personal loan to the company, then not much would happen in the company without his OK. Basically a de-facto CEO.

But talk about revolving doors:

CEO joins 6 June 2007 and leaves 7 Feb 2008
Company Secretary joins 1 Aug 2007 and leaves 28 Nov 2007

Such short-term tenures in these positions generally indicates a lot of tension at the top levels and executives are not happy the way things are being run and/or being given the freedom they require to do the job for which they were employed.
