CR with oppies to SH is less certain and a lot more work/cost for the company to manage in comparison to institutional CR. Stop playing the victim, the hard done-by SH who supported you over the years.. as a SH you are old enough to make your own decisions, if you don't like what you see, then go elsewhere. The company by not meeting timelines are digging their own grave, but should focus solely on growing the business and meeting timelines and not please whinging SH including myself.. The company needs to start delivering on timelines, establish a world class and efficient operation, maximise profitably and continue to grow by reinvesting. Trying to please SH and their emotional needs is an absolute waste of time. If the company is delivering on expectations, providing clear and consistent communication, profitable and reinvesting to maximise SH value.. then everyone will be happy!!
