I know this is all over but i think there is a misunderstanding here. If you had bought $500.00 worth of rights you get and have to pay immediately for 250,000 SYA rights shares at 0.053 to Comsec or whoever your Broker is.
That is 250,000 at 0.051 cents + 0.002 cents total 0.053 cents. That is what you are buying. Your buy Contract Note in this case would state you owe $13,250. You are not buying the right to buy them in this case. You have bought them. Your Buy is 250,000 at $0.053. This Values the cost of your 125,000 options at $500.00 or 0.004cents.
