Good point YesSir - If I am interpreting the results of the AGM correctly there were 17,674,663 votes cast against adopting the remuneration report. After the last placement there are 272,462,201 shares (votes) on issue. That equates to approx 6.48% of total votes available being cast against the report. Does that mean that 93.52% of votes (not voters) were not opposed to the remuneration report?
