You could be right . I sold 95% of my holding around .245, I want to get back in but my decision has to be base on facts . Still waiting for all the facts to come in .

I don't think any are saying the management are doing anything illegal .
But there has to be more to a release that says this or that with out the legal documents being released to shareholders that back up statements.
Gone are the days when some directors could get away with the idea share holders would not understand so would not question any decision the directors make .
Saying just trust me is not enough.
It is act of disrespect to treat any share holders intelligence in this way.

I for one am very grateful for the share holders that question deals that will effect a companies future these people show by the type of question that are being ask, their intelligence. And the questions should and are right to be asked. It is just sometimes the way they are put by some , others take offence, but it shows some maybe under real stress.
I think we are all on the same side , we are here not just to bang the drum for the company but also our loyalty should also cover fellow investor, shareholders. dyor
