I seriously doubt this. Have JAT said somewhere I've missed that the SMRA application is being lodged on Monday? No, of course not. They have previously said the application is EXPECTED in April or May. They didn't say that 100% assured it WILL BE lodged before the end of May. They just gave some anticipated timeframes. There is no drop-dead deadline. It could take a few weeks longer yet for all we know.

I gather from your sentiment and disclosure that you've sold out and hoping to buy back in? That's interesting, because not much more than a week ago on 16th May you posted (with JAT at 16c) that if the SP hit 14.5c you'd buy a whole lot more. Well the SP is already less than that so what's stopping you from buying back in now? Could be that you're regretting what you sold and trying to downramp?

But that's fine. All of the holders that have sold out in a fretful panic for some imagined reason will be the first ones clambering to get back on board the ship if there's a sudden trading halt or positive announcement that causes a SP surge. And by then you'll have missed the boat, but your bids to get back in will be what pushes the SP up and up. So go ahead, sell and downramp. We'll see you at +30c.
