How is where the CEO and directors run their offices a critical factor in whether this company can create deals and make important acquisitions that could easily lead to significant profits and then dividends? There's the problem.QBL are not complying with the
listing rules.QBL shouldn't be making the deals.
Re-structure the deal or re-comply with change of activities.
ASX look like fools for letting the continue this for a year
when they took 55% of MCL.
