I do agree with parts of what you say. Allow me to ask, if AGY have negotiated an OT and that agreement was to produce X tonnes of Li by a certain date for the OT partner to produce batteries then AGY slip with their target production date so they push it out and manage the partner thus revising their target production date and publically stating this and 'potentially' in a weeks time they push the deadline out (again) as they're not ready, what do you think the OT partner would be thinking? I'm going through the exact process but for high rise developments and funding from Japan. I just pushed out some targets and they weren't happy all because of already stated targets therefore the Japanese funding partner not able to see the finished product in line with the already stated target dates and thus profit margins being pushed out..

I understand what you're saying about resource extraction is not an easy process also given the fact they're out in the middle of no where but don't you think it's reasonable for SH to ask and loosely demand to be informed now? If AGY can't hold to their own timelines in the early stages of something massive then how are to hold when they eventually or (if) they become a major player?

If SH are worried or concerned I'd hate to imagine what potential partners would be thinking.

Don't get me wrong here mate, I've been here since most LTrs and want nothing but profit and success for everyone and whilst everyone has been fairly patient I believe it's now time to prove themselves.
