    Green o , from someone with intimate knowledge over many years with Chronic fatigue , you are one of the rare people with an understanding of the problem and how to deal with it .I suffered for many years ,and even had doctors intimate that it was all in my head and needed a psychiatrist ( the lowest point in my life )She might as well have kicked me in the guts .That led me on a journey of many years of study on the subject in an effort to find out what was wrong with me and look for a cure I am not kidding ,I spent every waking moment ,searching and studying .I followed all the nutrition experts advice and got sicker ,to the point that I nearly lost my job because I could not function .
    I was told to eat lots of fruit ,vegies ,juices , steak for iron,and that tea is good for you ,because of the antioxidants . So I ate lots of fruit ,juiced up lots of carrots , and drank green tea.My pain was worse than ever .I stayed on this roundabout for years before my studies led me to trying a very simple diet of nothing but stir fried veggies ,and fish ,as I began to suspect that the experts were wrong . Within 2 weeks I was exhilarated that I was relatively pain free for the first time in probably 10 years ,was able yo exercise ,and the candida in my mouth disappeared . when people say you need to go to the doctors and get a diagnosis is all BS as I made countless trips to many doctors ,and none of them knew the first thing about it .Doctors dole out drugs and fix broken bones ,but are majorly ignorant to the chronic fatigue ,fibromyalgia ,crones ,Candida problems that so many of us are suffering .And yes they are all related thank you Green o .The symptoms just differ and are therefore given a different label .
    The main foods I have a problem with are fruits , particularly grapes ,and therefore red and white wine .
    black ,white and green teas, coffee all alcohol particularly liquors ,fruit juices ,carrot juice ,as it is high in sugar and rice .Some other foods have a less dramatic affect ,but these ones are particularly bad .In fact , unusually ,I can get away with some sugar ,but not fruit sugar .
    So if you suffer from gout, arthritis ,fibromyalgia chronic fatigue crones or any of the other chronic afflictions , I urge you experiment with your diet and throw out all your concepts of what is a healthy diet that you have been taught .Begin with simple veggies ,but limit sweet ones like carrots ,and salmon for breakfast lunch and tea ,for a couple of weeks .Yeah I know it sounds ridiculous to do this at breakfast ,but its the only way to find out .The health of your tongue is an indicator to how your food affects you .If your tongue builds up a white coating you are eating the food that you are eating is having a detrimental affect on you ,irrespective of what the experts have proven is suppose to be good for you . Try this before doing all the other stuff ,its the only thing that works . I tried all the vitamins minerals ,super foods ,and potions .For these Chronic diseases ,they just dont work .
