I’m sure that I’ve read somewhere that Minority holders of a company have certain rights that can nip most, overt nepharious ploys, such as you have proposed?

I’m happy to be corrected if I’m wrong, surely some of our more learned posters will be able to set the record straight?

If just getting above 50% was all they needed to then just Raise Capital, in house to the exclusion of minority holders, we wouldn’t see any companies shooting for 100%.
