I know what you mean by not crying over spilt mike but that is only applicable for unintentional or negligent events. In the case of BIG, they purposely misled the shareholders for their own gains. I do not mind much losing money for another shareholders due to lack of my own due diligence as it could happen to everyone in the stock market but in the case of BIG, it is all about directors gain by deception of shareholders.
