Thats a very strange annoucement, not even worth the paper it was printed on. It is pretty clear that ZFX intend to close the offer today period, unless ( clause every company uses) they decide to change thier minds(their perogative). ZFX owes nothing to the AGM management. AGM management should make clear thier calculation of AGM's value by commissioning an independant valuation.
All this is becoming a bit of a farce.
