    Quix, the shell is worth more like $350 > $400k tops as a clean shell ( I can point you to another one offered to me this week if you need one). Secondly, the Cornell facility (if there is any facility left) is non transferable. It was made to RMA based on that entities assets, prospects, guarantees etc not open to anyone buys a redundant shell. For RMA the Cornell facility would be use it or lose it.
