it's a pity that perhaps they were not up to speed with the RTM technology when they drilled timbalier late last year.
As Oel shareholders are aware, the failure of this well was at exactly the wrong time for Oel shareholders. Having the technology is one thing, knowing how to apply it to your prospects is another, and can be the difference between success and failure.
In my opinion Bye have the experience and technology in an area they know very well.
