So according to investopedia (https://www.investopedia.com/university/charts/charts4.asp) a target price from a breakout of a double top pattern should be the height of the pattern subtracted from the breakout point.
Which gives us a somewhat worrying target price of 1.7c.
This seems a little extreme to me and I anticipate another drop today following by a slight rebound to settle on the 2.9 / 3.0c level. Which is pretty much total guesswork as I have no more info to go on.
