you are deadset right there fasten. the placement does NOT stop a takeover.

in fact, a takeover at, say $1.63 to pick a number would only cost around $45 million more than had the placement not taken place. for a company with market cap around $1.5 billion we are talking 3% difference. nothing to write home about.

if someone is interested, nothing has changed from an opportunity point of view. this is not a poison pill.
