I don't think it's fair to attribute all the blame upon the directors. Anything can happen in Indonesia and business deals and funding arrangements can be terminated or fail to eventuate due to political or other adverse circumstances beyond the companies control. So far gulf has adhered to all of the local protocols ceremonies etc and managed to locate a prospective investor (Fofo) but all of this doesn't guarantee the company a secure position in Indonesia. Things can change over night and the Indonesians are a fickle lot. If they want you out of their country there's nothing you can do.
