Well, building a coal mine is a huge capex project, and very few juniors are capable.
I think that having Bhushan as a partner is valuable for that reason, even if they do get a cheap JV or two.
If these deposits pan out well, and the market still doesn't like BWN, then Bhushan will probably just do a T/O.
One thing about Australian resources: they are constantly undervalued by instos/retail until a foreign entity is interested.
Then everyone gets all indignant that we are selling our cows.
