Interesting assessment.
However, I disagree with you on most points.
1] You say: "The reason why the radiometric data was reduced by 30-40ppm is because this was what the statistical correlation was between the lab data & radiometric data."
That is an incorrect statement. Firstly there IS NO lab data yet to correlate! The announcement simply says; "Coffey also re-calibrated the radiometric data based upon a statistical study" FULL STOP!
The fact is that radiometric data is not of sufficient confidence level to comply with JORC requirements. The only way they could use the radiometric data was to reduce the grade sufficiently to allow for "no error," and THIS calculation was based on a statistical study. They DO NOT say what the basis of that "statistical study" was, whether it be a standard that is part of the JORC code, or some other factor.
They also add: "Several factors affect the determination of true grade for both the radiometric and chemical data. For example, the presence of secondary uranium minerals such as uranophane may not be suitably collected by RC drilling"
So, any secondary uranium is effectively not included in this JORC upgrade, implying further potential increase once lab assays are received.
I also dont feel there are any "question marks over power & water supply" ... Most of our power needs will now be met by the acid plant output, and the remainder will pose no problem. The water is signed off & organised. As to the court action ... that is a joke & will be tossed out, but I agree some uninformed people might be scared by it.
Finally, in relation to heading off to drill another site. I fell the company has done the ABSOLUTE right thing by pouring all resources into anomaly A. They want a mine, and so do I. Dividing resources to get some drill results just to titillate shareholders would be insanity. Unlike EXT with Rossing South, Bannerman already HAS economic drill hits on three other deposits .. we ALREADY KNOW we have uranium deposits ready to go. Anyway the RC will be ready to move off Anomaly A at any time now, so I expect your wish will soon become reality.
Anyway good to have some discussion ... now we need some confidence in world markets & expect some positive announcements from management soon
cheers
