Afternoon @Goneflying.
AGY announced in July 2016 that they were setting up a joint venture company (Puna Mining SA) with Mr Pablo Alurralde and Mr Francisco Mendendez to own the Salar del Rincon, with the JV being executed in Sept 2016.
As of Feb 2018, AGY currently own 77.5% of Puna Mining SA, and have the right to ultimately earn a 90% interest via investment in Stage 3 development.
