DCC has 'secured mandates' for this ICO, going off previous ICO advisory services, theyll be providing cash, marketing, roadshows, n networks for Bamboo crew in exchange for fiat, eth n tokens..
Unless their business model signifigantly changes for this one. i doubt it.. so yeah new tokens u can assume.
Alex Nuggets Saunders is also an advisor for this project, so im happy to say the ICO itself will be managed with his guidance to stop the crap Shivom n Bankorus have pulled on their own accord.
