In order to be fair to the Co Sec from jrv I post a copy of her reply to my complaint.Perhaps if my original email was handled in the same manner it wuold have prevented all the shenanigans that followed. Perhaps she should handle all shareholder enquiries.

Thank you for the below correspondence and I will pass on to the Board for their information. I understand your disappointment and would also like to reinforce that you are a valued shareholder and all concerns, suggestions and matters raised should be dealt with by the Board in a professional manner.



In response to your suggestion below of responding to the article in the Australian – it is not common practice to publicly respond to personal opinions published by journalists. Rather than directly responding to the specific article, the Company will continue to keep the public aware of any dealings we are having with potential partners in China.



The Board’s predominant focus at this point in time is to find a partner for the Young resource to enable the share price to reflect its true value. As advised to ASX there are several Chinese groups interested but the timing is uncertain. Any significant change would be promptly advised to ASX as we are required to do. We understand, from a shareholders perspective, that it is taking time to secure a partner, however in our experience, and that of our Chinese advisors, it is quite a normal time frame. We are extremely eager to secure a deal although it has proved that we need to be patient.
