ta. I haven't got a clue as to how the "locked box" actually works/worked... during Jul/Aug BTL produced 35Kt over and above the volume sold for the period... do you know who owns/owned that?
It's not fundamentally impt - I was really trying to work out if there'd be enough coal actually stockpiled to fill a 7th/8th ship for this qtr. On paper - starting with an empty stockpile on 1July2017, ships should've been only partially filled on several occasions. Clearly that hasn't been the case so perhaps its time to check my spreadsheet.
