Do you notice we are proposing to invest in partnerships where we as shareholders have no control and then that Co. maybe listed on AIM (why AIM is another question) not to mention the dilution from Capital raisings and Directors options etc
Then there is Kwanza Basin is in partnership(?) with Falcon and what % CVI has in that partnership knowing the the past/present relationship Falcon has with Angolian Govt.
My point is that Co's that invest in other Co's in the ASX (or other Co's) are seriously discounted to the NPV if they have no control.
What are we worth then.
