They are not giving the exact date!
When in May?
Did they receive it at the beginning of May, or mid May, or just a day ago.
We are at the end of May now.

There was an EGM on May 24.
Was that known before or after the EGM ?
IMO, that information would make big difference in the voting preferences of shareholders if it was announced before the EGM.

In any case that was a price sensitive information and should have not been held.

Anyway, I haven't got much interest to OHD project as I am in GPP for Morabisi project but the management is not going well IMO. They have to make some changes otherwise they will be in big trouble.

I still have great belief to Morabisi project and GSM is working very hard and well. The only option for GPP to give more importance to this project and advance it.
