All good but when you have such financial transactions an Extraordinary Board Meeting shouldn’t take so long (max a couple of weeks) and docs should be done/execcuted prior to such an announcement IMO.
That said hope it goes threw for GXY otherwise serious egg on managements face. If me I wouldn’t risk put out such an agreement until finalised and binding.
