I have no idea where share prices might go in the short- to medium-term.
I also have no idea how technicals work [*] ... I'm not smart enough, so I just stick with what I know, and what works for me, namely valuation.
On that measure, I think that RHC is no longer overvalued. (Not deeply undervalued, either, mind)
[*] Or even if they do work, for that matter.
