I hear your point melua but it's made from the perspective of a knowledgeable share trader. Not many business leaders eg ZFX board would be very savvy about the most effective ways of shaking up shareholders. In ZFX case their board has shown a preference over the last few years for basic transparent dealing hence no accumulation prior to offer etc.
