Well, someone else posted a while ago, that if AMU announced an interim dividend it might gain a bit more attention. If you look at their cash surpluses from the last 2 quarters, it is something like $10.1mUS (after exploration and development) + the $9mUS they received from the sale of Raccoon Bend...so close to $20mUS for the half. It makes me think that a 2c/share interim (maiden) dividend may be on their minds. That would only be around $3mUS from cash flow. I can foresee a situation where they will be running some pretty heady cash surpluses, and it makes some sense to embark upon a dividend strategy. They could also restart a share buy back, but I think a strong dividend policy might actually put this stock back on the radar screens. With their drilling success already this year (Hermes in particular...worth maybe $5mUS net/annum in cash flow) + if some of these wildcats come off, this stock could really be awash in cash (even with a $20m or $30m/annum exploration spend). I was doing the numbers on what sort of dividends this could be paying in the future, and it was just ridiculous. I then looked at the current share price and...........
