This is very good, effectively over subscribed indicated some heat still in the lithium market and desire for this project in particular. 10% discount to closing high is very good... i think some of us were thinking maybe 1.8c would be the number (god we're jaded) so i'm very happy with 2c... thought is too it may provide a floor...

then the best part a SPP! wow! looks like Dark Horse has been able to wrestle with DGR and enable shareholders to have a slice.... this is very unlike DGR as ANW has had multiple raisings and not once were shareholders considered, but DGR got their pound of flesh everytime in converting debt to shares.

this in my opinion is possibly the best possible outcome and a very tidy raise. Well Done managment!
