You are correct.
MWCNT’s are far cheaper to produce. Whereas SWCNT‘s are prized for their superior electrical conductivity.
As you said, there is a huge amount going on in this area, and we should never forget that Eden Innovations is a CNT producer developing different applications, using their own unique dispersion solution to solve the „clumping“ dilemma. It is just a matter of Eden‘s R&D team fine tuning everything to obtain maximum performance for each application on an industrial scale, just like they have done with EdenCrete and EdenPlast.
Other applications for coatings, batteries, rubber etc. are just a matter of time and of course money.
Once sales of EdenCrete and EdenPlast really kick in, Eden’s R&D team will have the necessary funds to start further developing applications in the aforementioned areas.
