Baffled. if no other bid comes then it is clear that $1 is more than fair value for AGM. If that is the case then the funds will sell. If $1 is fairvalue in TO situation why would they wait around and for what? Long term value? i dont think so....a bird in the hand.....!!!!
Daveo1 well posted mate. very obvious that the 'for sale' sign is up on the AGM data room front door. In fact the advertisement appears to read 'motivated vendor'. This is all contrary to the unsolicited and opportunistic comments previously made by management. The announcement yesterday was like that of a realestate agent that tells the interested party that 'others are looking at the property' in order to extract a higher price from the genuine buyer.
I also would like to hear which companies have a lazy $1 billion cash which they can use for a TO of AGM.
