The post refers to the characters which are MMX's co-defendents in case and shows why MMX should be worried as these are the people who effectively established MMX and carried out alledged transactions.
CHM have new management team and backers while MMX is now along with Crosslands (Mitsubishi) defending a case along side this group so colourfully described in the post referrred to.
Frightening I would imagine and I would love to be a fly in the wall when the co-defendents are putting defence together.
