Makes more sense re your comment about "potential "offtake signing as it looks like on his map of travel that Bejing is one of the stopovers.
If they haven't got BG LCE by now I cant imagine the next 24 hrs changing that.
I think possibly you may have something there in regards to the potential in the OT arena
Renault Mitsubishi and Hyundai was supposed to put out an announcement re their 6th start up which I haven't seen them post as yet.
My honest thoughts are they have BG LCE , are waiting for the final tick and flick of the JORC and AM will bring home the OT agreement all done and dusted late this afternoon or early tomorrow for a spectacular end to the month.
